Resolution is a group of professionals that believe in a non confrontational approach to the resolution of family disputes, putting the needs of the family and in particular the best wishes of the children first. She has accreditation in dealing with the financial aspects on separation and disputes relating to children.
Parminder has extensive experience in dealing with domestic violence issues and is also fluent in Punjabi and so is able to explain legal terms clearly to those who may not be fluent in English.
Parminder is also a qualified trained family mediator. She is able to offer this service in Punjabi if required.

Asia is an experienced solicitor specialising in all aspects of Private Family Law, this includes, divorce, separation, financial remedy, freezing injunctions and children act disputes such as Child Arrangement Orders, shared care, specific issue and Prohibited Steps Orders. She has experience in all domestic violence (Non-Molestation injunctions or Protection from Harassment Act), Forced Marriages and child abduction/wardship proceedings. Asia is also able to prepare change of name deeds for adults or children and basic Wills.
Asia speaks fluent Urdu and Punjabi (Mirpuri) and can converse fully in these languages often putting clients at ease in overcoming language barriers.
Asia worked for a reputable law firm in West Yorkshire for 15 years where she first worked as a Legal Assistant and then Paralegal, and then she subsequently completed her training and became a qualified solicitor in 2009. Asia has worked with another law firm in setting up and heading their Family Law Department and most recently worked with the Charity ‘Staying Put’ in the social enterprise venture ‘Affordable Legal Services’ in a director solicitor capacity where she gained further deeper knowledge and expertise of working with victims of all types of domestic abuse. She was able to support them from the start of their journey to the end. Asia has worked with high-level Domestic abuse victims and vulnerable clients.

She started in a new role as Paralegal in August 2024 and is committed in providing clients with clear and realistic advice, whilst assisting clients going through family disputes in a sensitive manner with a calm and positive attitude.

Georgette graduated from De Montfort University with a Law, Human Rights and Social Justice degree in 2023 and is currently studying her Masters of Law degree combined with the SQE 1 &2.
She has experience of representing and supporting vulnerable clients from diverse backgrounds through her voluntary work at BPP's Legal Advice Clinic.
In her spare time Georgette enjoys reading, baking and spending quality time with her loved ones.
