We can assist you on a traditional hourly rate basis or on a fixed fee. We can advise you of the best option for you once we have had an initial consultation with you to understand your circumstances. We also offer reduced fee agreements if you are in receipt of means tested benefits.
We offer a number of Fixed fee packages. Some of these include the following:
· £250 Initial Attendance – consultation with a lawyer, client care letter and one letter to the other party if so required.
· £700 Undefended divorce (Petitioner)– consultation with a lawyer and we will deal with all the paperwork from start to finish. court fees and disbursements (such as process server or translation fees) will be additional.
· £450 Undefended divorce (Respondent) - consultation with a lawyer and we will deal with all the paperwork from start to finish. court fees and disbursements (such as process server or translation fees) will be additional.
· £95 Change of name deeds
Other packages can be discussed and offered at the initial attendance.
The divorce packages are excluding VAT.
