As a 71 year old woman who has never been in trouble before, to go to court was very daunting. Parminder was kind, wonderfully generous with her time and very patient. I had a very difficult financial case. I sought help from Parminder and she reassured me that she would find a way to help me. I had already sought legal advice from other lawyers and they had not managed to resolve my situation. I was in a tricky legal situation which meant I was unable to deal with ex matrimonial property as I had not dealt with this at the time of the divorce and as I had subsequently remarried, I was unable to make a financial claim under the divorce laws. I had given up on the matter. I had a property in joint names but was unable to deal with the property as I did not know the whereabouts of my ex partner. Parminder reassured me throughout and not only did she manage to ascertain the whereabouts of my ex partner (who had by now relocated to Australia) she also applied to the court under different legislation, enabling me to obtain an order transferring the property into my sole name. I would definitely recommend Parminder, Asia and all her team for the fantastic work they do and cant thank and express my gratitude enough to Parminder who has found a solution to a problem that I believed I would never be able to resolve.
