Apex Family Law Limited provides legal services regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. You have instructed us to provide you with legal services.

Retention PERIODS FOR personal data

At the end of our contractual relationship, our retention policy is that the minimum period we will keep files and other personal data is 6 years. If data is processed for marketing purposes, any information we use for this purpose will be kept until you notify us otherwise.
